What do you do?
We are one of the world’s leading manufacturers of wood veneer, veneer edging and veneered boards. We are the preferred supplier to the door, panel and furniture industries, timber merchants and distributors, and work closely with designers, architects, joinery and fit out specialists.
Where did you hear about Sagetech Machinery?
We came across Sagetech Machinery on YouTube while reviewing panel saws. We looked for a vertical panel saw that had a compact front print but allowed for full sheet cutting on a wall saw.
Why did you decide to purchase a Vertical Panel Saw?
We needed a vertical panel saw to cut down sheets of veneered board for our customer orders. Our factory has a high turn over of orders and I’m sure like a lot of places we don’t have a great amount of space. The Koolkut wall saw machine ticks both boxes for functionality and space saving! WEe compared used wall saws along with other brand new panel saws from other suppliers and felt the the Sagetech Wall Saws was the right sheet cutting machine for us!
How did you find the sales and installation process?
Sagetech were brilliant – they arranged delivery to us by a special transport company due to the size of the machine, their guys came to oversee the delivery to make sure it was unloaded and positioned fine with no issues. Our team here really got a lot out of the training and maintenance advice during installation.
How has a Vertical Panel Saw benefited you and your business ?
Our team are able to quickly cut or trim large sheets depending on customer orders. This is done with good accuracy before of the design of the Koolkut wall saw along with some robust parts/mechanisms like the bearing sliders to keep machine running smooth!
